Your tax-deductible support will make a major contribution to public opinion about the rights of the terminally ill to die.
This is the time for all of us who care about advancing personal freedoms to work together, making a difference with accurate information. Overall, the film will cost about $200,000. We have already received generous contributions totaling about $60,000. As for the balance, we can expect close to $100,000 of in-kind contributions from WTVS/56 Public Television in Detroit. The reality is that we can make Last Rights: Facing End-of-Life Choices if we can match this total with $40,000 from someone else.
That someone else is you! 400 people giving $100 each or 800 people giving $50 each. If you like, make your donation in honor of someone or in memory of a loved one.
We’ll put everyone’s name in the credits. Imagine that! Hundreds of names scrolling by at the end of the film. Significantly, this will be seen as the voice of the people speaking up, expressing their concern about how people die.
Fundraising is a continual challenge—especially for this film about end-of-life choices. Join with the many others who want to see this film broadcast to a wide audience. Let the conversations begin!

This comprehensive and easy-to-read book about end of life was published in 2007 by Da Capo Press. To Die Well: Your Right to Comfort, Calm, and Choice in the Last Days of Life is by Dr. Sidney Wanzer and Dr. Joseph Glenmullen. We are pleased to tell you that Dr. Wanzer has graciously agreed to appear in Last Rights: Facing End-of-Life Choices. Not only that, but he is enthusiastic about our giving new contributors a copy of his very wonderful book which covers in depth many of the issues visited in Last Rights: Facing End-of-Life Choices.
